本次案例是pm2 flush：

pm2: command not found

解决方法：
找到pm2位置

which pm2
~/.nvm/versions/node/v8.0.0/bin/pm2

修改.sh脚本

~/.nvm/versions/node/v8.0.0/bin/pm2 flush
