On Saturday we did a session of training with coaches we we learned dribbling and use of the inner foot and the outer foot where it increases the coaches skills
The first session we had few players and the weather was a bit cold so we started a warm up that involves more running before touching the ball and improvement of coordination between players.
Training on 12-13/12/2019Then we did and exercise than involved passing where we had to pass in a designated area where the player is located then you have to also dribble and go in center and pass where to a player that is free with a condition of not passing where you came from .this improved the eyes of a player by passing to an empty space and give the pass to a designated player which improves passing skills and quick thinking of a player.then we played a small game and the exercise was effective because the players were passing the ball more times.
Training on 12-13/12/2019The second session the weather was becoming a little bit warm so we did a warm up that involves dribbling mostly where the coaches were involved too where the kids were trying to dribble against the coaches by doing different exercise
Training on 12-13/12/2019After we did an exercise that involves running mostly sidewise ,backward,and then to make it more interesting we introduced the competition among the players .after we involved the ball where the had to run with the ball then pass to the teammate in a group of 2.
Training on 12-13/12/2019Then we played 1vs1 before the game this was very effective to the players because it teaches the kid to defend and to attack .then we played 3 vs 3 which was a very nice game .after we did a stretching and finish one team
