我们坚持了五十天了！！！祝贺大家！
今天难得有一个下午休息就去酒店游泳了，对于自己的工作我从来都是充满信心，只要我想坚持就一定能坚持。但是对于身体的管理我一直不敢说狠话，为了工作有的时候真的必须得做出不小的牺牲；好吧，我会尽力去管理好我的身体的，给自己一个更好的自己。毕竟优秀的人做什么都应该优秀。(夸自己，我从来都是没有节操的，你们习惯就好。)我想起当初学习游泳的一些心得，想和大家分享一下。一说起游泳，人们就会想起：蛙泳，自由泳，蝶泳，仰泳…但是我个人觉得这些泳姿都不是关键！关键是消除对于水的恐惧，以及学会换气！！！敢于把头埋在下水，是学游泳的第一步！这就和英语学习敢于读文章，敢于切分句子是一样的！游泳不会换气，就是会了也是一辈子的狗刨！会换气了，你才可能学会各种泳姿！英语不会切分句子就是过了四级也是侥幸！所以现在大家不用管那些所谓的酷炫的做题技巧，先踏踏实实的学会切句子！等到听了KK三步阅读法之后你就会发现，KK三步法每个毛孔里都是智慧的光芒！
