Location,Location,Location

Now let's talk about one tip that I have for when you're working and when you're studying something that I find really useful.

The idea is that you have a specific location where you only do work.

A lot of studies have shown that if your brain gets confused by you know what it's meant to do in a particular place it actually makes it easies to distract yourself.

So if there is a small cubbyhole somewhere in your house like under the stairs or maybe a particular desk that you only ever use to study, then every time you sit in that chair and you are at that position your brain knows, "okay, this is the study time. This is not the place where I like to watch movies and watch tv, then it makes easier to just get things rolling."
