How to Become an Early Riser

I planed to wake up at 4:30 in the morning one month ago and I surely woke up so early seven days in a row. It was really hard for me to get out of bed the first three days and I told myself if I continued to lie on bed, how could I had the determination to do other crucial things. I dragged myself out of bed and wandered in my room to wake myself up entirely. Three days passed and I felt a little easier to get up and combined with exercising, I was more energetic the whole day.

I traveled to anther far coastal city during these seven days. When I got off the train, I was so tired. I took a shower and then slept. The next morning I woke up at 4:30 and I was attracted by the brilliant ocean view out of the window. I quickly went downstairs and warmed up my body and then ran along the seaside. This was the first time I ran by the sea and I was very exciting. When I finished the 5 kilometers, I felt my whole body was waken up. We walked the whole day and the next morning I woke up at 4:30 and we ran about 10 kilometers. And then we walked the whole day.

I have to say I feel so good to wake up so early and do exercises. In fact, I woke up at 5:30 for two years and Jocko Willink inspired me to wake up at 4:30 and I surely feel I could wake up at such an early time. If I didn’t wake up at 5:30 for so long, it would do harm to my body if I get out of bed at 4:30 in the early morning. And the other crucial thing is I go to bed early. Although I wake up early, the fact is I have enough time to relax.Most people sleep after 12:00 at late night and wake up at 7:00 in the morning.In fact, I sleep as long as them.
