Maven私服的包依赖不上

项目依赖不上私服上的包，但本地仓库实际上有把包下载到，应该是什么原因索引不到。
报错信息：
was cached in the local repository resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of nexus-central has elapsed or updates are forced

加 -U 参数执行：

mvn -U clean install -Dmaven.test.skip=true
