    You look outside because you fear.

    First, watch physical actions.

    Second, watch thoughts (inner speach).

    Third, watch subtle emotions.

    Not divide good or bad. Keep practising and go deeper to the fourth one --- you find yourself in the center of your being.

    Concerntration gives strength, and this enables you to go deeper and deeper into the process.

    And it happens the birth of consciousness, or the reconnection to your consciousness which is already there. Through this way, you improve your life by yourself. It will be your own consciousness that directs you.

    Once you experience that, it becomes your own truth. And you have the clarity that something happens inside you.


    Polarity --- identifying with thoughts.

    You think they are your thoughts.

    To observe, to see the both of the polarity, your ideal images and the dark sides. The thing is to go beyond the polarity, to the heart.

    Free yourself from the cage, to fly from there.

    Low-quality talking --- no connection with heart. Be conscious to speak.

    Quantity is also important, as we lose lots of energy through talking. We need to make a journey. But with no energy, we have to stay at the airport all our life.
