I broke my low back again this morning when I was changing clothes.
I was bending down to pull the jeans on, and all of sudden, a cracking pain like a lightning started from my low back to my bottom and then , the pain just expanded to cover my whole low back.
I couldn’t stand straight , nor could I sit down for five minutes. I put on some ointment and had to lie down flatly on bed. The whole low back felt stiff and thick and strained when I was lying still , but when I was trying to sit up it hurt so much.
My back broke down several times. Each time I had to stay in bed for about a week to recover. But these last five years l got a feeling that my back grew much stronger. I concluded that to my keep-on yoga exercise.
But today, such a small regular act like pulling on a pair of pants just took me down again.
Life is so fragile, just cherish the days when we’re safe and sound.
