I suddenly found the books on my desk are still those I bought half a year ago. I once wrote in English every day but I've gave up three months ago. I ran three or four times a week but the winter stopped me running outside.
I formed so many good habits these years but gradually gave up one by one. How pathetic. It becomes much harder for me to do these things again because I'm so worried that I'll give them up again and again.
But reading, writing and running are the most important three things to me. If I try to develop other habits, I'll be more likely to give up the habits I've formed.
Reading, writing, running are enough for me.
