Execute, execution, -执行力-

A strong leadership, is not taking about what do you say, it is about what do you do.

Deed are what words are， be resolute in deed .（言必行，行必果）

Execution, my understanding is KISS， keep it simple and stupid.

So called, execute, is whether a person clear know how to do step by step or not.

if you know what to do, how to do, and you can do it,  please just do it.

if you do not know what to do, clarify with your leader, (anyway you will always have a smart, wise leader) , and please just do it.

if you do not know how to do, learn from the expert, and please just do it.

The most important, keeping doing.  just like Daguai upgrade(打怪升级）

Even under difficulties and big challenges, always focus on your target, motivate yourself and your colleague, constantly optimize yourself and your team.

At the same time, endure setbacks and accept failures, learn from the experience, and pay more attention on all lesson learnt. Sustainable development and be a driving force for the common development of the company and employees.

In the past half year, very difficult time for me, also for all the quality team, during these 6 months,  i always watching a very old soap opera, the name is soldiers sortie(士兵突击）

the key tone and sprite IS never cast aside and never give up.(不抛弃不放弃）

Execute is KB core value, it is culture, it is blood.

KISS, Keep it simple and stupid.
