林老师主张适当躺平，不要太努力，和自己的心好好沟通，疗愈创伤，疗愈童年。这一点，我非常赞同。
不仅仅中金女，也不仅仅是李玟，难道张国荣不也是如此吗？难道林肯公园的主唱Chester Bennington不同样逃脱不了童年的创伤吗？
如此说来，挣再多的钱，赢得生前身后名再大又有什么用呢？倘若搞不定那童年的巨大创伤，脆弱来时，根本抵挡不住那种灵魂的回归创伤时空的吞没。
我想来，这副身体有两幅完全不同的机制指导我们走完这一生，一副是物质人生，一副是精神人生。前者看得见摸得着很容易感受，由明意识主导，没有食物和水就不好使。后者看不见摸不着，甚至也不容易感受，由潜意识主导，没有热爱与智慧很容易行尸走肉。
我很早就喜欢林肯公园的歌曲，《New Divide》《In the End》《Numb》等等，一首首歌曲曾经激荡又震撼着我的灵魂，给我提供了许多心灵的慰藉与帮助，可以说在增强我的精神力量上帮助太大了。没有这些音乐歌曲，我觉得我也很难度过创伤回归的折磨与打击。
本不想再提Chester Bennington的童年巨大创伤事件，但是用来引以为戒和警示后来人，我觉得仍有必要再提一次。
原来Chester Bennington幼小的心灵，曾经被一个糟老头侵害过，这件事就如同跗骨之蛆，从未离开过成年后的Chester Bennington。让他numb(麻木)，让他常常绝望，也才有了想像倘若世界末日该多好。仔细感悟歌曲《In The End》，便是有种世界末日的荒凉之感啊！
当然，我最喜欢的一首，还是Chester Bennington的《新战线New Divide》，尽管艰难，但是一直同困难和创伤去战斗，永不屈服，永远战斗，积极向上。实际上歌词一开始仍然比较灰暗与压抑，只不过渐渐明朗和阳光起来，最后达到战斗与看透的状态。一起来感受一下歌曲的魅力，歌词如下:
