      Today we will learn the fourth power needed to fight in this era, entrepreneurial power. In a sense, it will become a necessary ability for everyone to live professionally. In the future, the meaning of entrepreneurship will surely change from being a boss and starting a business as we speak today to being a way of learning, an attitude towards life, and a professional skill. Future enterprises will form a “ see anemone ” organization structure, the vitality and the power point of enterprises are in the business terminal. This requires that when the task is very clear, you can meet the requirements of enterprise quickly. And when the task is not clear, not only to ensure that your abilities are adequate, but also to be able to creatively integrate resources and play a creatively role.

      今天我們來講這個時代奮鬥應具備的第四種力量，創業力。它在某種意義上，會成為我們每個人在職業化生存中一種必要的能力。在未來的時代，創業的含義，一定會從我們今天所講的當一個老板開辦自己的企業，轉向為一種學習方式、一種生活態度，以及一種職業技能。未來的企業會形成“海葵式”的組織結構，企業的活力與發力點都在業務終端。這就要求我們在任務非常明確時，你來了就能滿足企業的要求。任務不明確時，不僅要保證你的能力是夠用的，還要求你能夠創造性地整合資源，創造性地發揮作用。
