Q： 老师您好，请问差异分析为什么使用 RNA assay ?而不是用 SCT assay 或者 Integratedassay？ RNA assay 不是未经过标准化和批次校正的原始数据么？/ 整合数据后进行 findmarker分析时是采用 integrated assay 还是 RNA assay？
