在许多人眼里，企业高管们似乎一路春风得意，然而令人艳羡的职场赢家或许也会遇到诸如宏观环境、组织转型等因素带来的不确定性。抛开眼前的灿烂，高管和业界精英如何未雨绸缪，提前规划职业中后期路径，探求新的人生价值呢？
14日，在法国里昂商学院2018年全球DBA项目启动会上，里昂商学院副校长、亚洲校长王华教授对话2017级Global DBA学员吴俊财先生。两位演讲嘉宾以“高管职业巅峰期的规划——探求人生新境界”为主题，与现场30余位来自不同行业的企业高管共同探讨、分享睿智见解。
许多在大公司工作多年的高管往往会带着企业的光环，而疏忽了一个事实——离开企业之后，企业的殊荣和价值观与个人之间的联系将会弱化。吴俊财先生认为：只有认清个人的核心能力，维护职业人脉，梳理职业初期积累的成功经验和故事，才能优化个人品牌，提升职业竞争力。

观照内心，探寻自我价值实现
在职业初期，受制于物质和时间因素，职业规划的核心因素为“行为、兴趣和能力”。当高管步入中年后，多数人早已实现财务自由，于是进入到追寻自我实现的人生阶段。因此，步入职业中后期，“追求、个性和价值观”成为人生新境界中的关键词。富裕的经济状况和更多可支配的时间则让这些人停下脚步，再一次思考“我是谁”。

拥抱变化，树立终身学习理念
许多科学研究表明，人类的寿命将持续延长。无论是出于职业中后期规划考虑，还是更长久的晚年生活安排，终身学习的理念无疑都会让人保持年轻开放的心态，紧跟时代发展节奏。吴俊财先生认为，有别于传统的职业和教育理念，未来将有越来越多的管理者在离开职场后，接受持续性的终身培训和教育。

面向未来，实现职场巅峰转型
职场高管在步入中年后，个人价值观已经成熟，有些人或许想要追随理想，涉足一条全新的路径。或创业，或成为高管教练，或成为公司顾问？亦或是走上商学院的讲台，成为一名老师？还是换一家公司继续做高管？种种选择，无论最终踏上哪条旅程，都需要务实地规划和分析个人优势、劣势，并做好转换思维的准备。

观照内心，探寻自我价值实现
在职业生涯的前半段，吴俊财先生曾在联合利华、达能、嘉士伯啤酒等几家知名的跨国企业担任高管，也曾尝试过创业，2017年他决定重回课堂，成为了法国里昂商学院Global DBA项目的学员。吴俊财先生曾在芝加哥大学布斯商学院获得MBA学位，他坦言，那时候取得著名商学院的学位，主要是在社会和亲友群中获得良好声誉。
如今，经历了岁月的沉淀，他更深刻地体会到，学习新事物的过程本身才是最有意义的部分。他非常认可里昂商学院Global DBA灵活的课程设计和强大的终身在线学习平台，这些都帮助他在繁忙的工作之余，更便捷轻松地开展学习研究。同时，博士的学习也将为他个人的职业转型打下扎实的基础。

“什么样的灵魂拥有激情？”引用哲学家笛卡尔的经典提问，王华教授鼓励企业高管们，在这个最好的商业时代，更深入地思考个人存在的意义，对人类社会做出更多贡献。

Dr. Thierry Nadisic
Associate Professor at emlyon business school
Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at HEC Paris
His research is regularly presented at international conferences and in academic journals in management and organizational psychology. Thierry co-authored a book entitled “Social justice and the experience of emotion” in 2010 (Routledge Academic).
As a founding member of the research group OJBERG, Thierry co-organizes the biennale international conference on behavioral ethics and organizational justice (Paris in 2017).
He was awarded the 2009 dissertation of the year prize from the HEC foundation, and in 2016, he has received the “Best Research paper” prize awarded by the A.G.R.H (French Speaking Academy of Research in Management and Human Resources).

Caroline Zhou has been leading IECL China since 2012 and she has been successful in building IECL China from scratch to the premium provider in coaching and leadership solutions in China.
Caroline has brought 20 years of working experience in the field of marketing, management consulting in M&A, human capital consultancy as well as business school management.
Caroline’s management experience includes the position of China Director for a London headquartered multinational company with global presence. She has also held a senior management position with the leading business education institution.
She is Professional Certified Coach by ICF, and a MCC candidate. Prior to the DBA study, she holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and MA from Shanghai International Studies University. Her current DBA thesis focuses on "The Effectiveness of Coaching Expatriates and Returnees in Multinational Corporations (MNCs) in China”.
