1. 肾癌介绍
肾癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤，位列癌症相关死亡率排名的前十位。肾癌有十余种亚型，主要包括肾细胞癌（renal
cell carcinoma，RCC，约占超过90%的肾癌）、移行细胞癌（transitional cell
carcinoma）、肾母细胞瘤（Wilms’
tumor）等。由于缺乏相关研究，人们对于肾癌的了解较少，其检测及治疗与其他癌种相比也较为困难。因此，解析复杂的肾癌组织内部成分有助于研究其发生机制、细胞类群及功能状态，具有重要的临床指导意义。
