Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Business and UX Analyst who will be the requirements expert in BCG’s newly created Office 365 deployment scrum team co-located in Atlanta. This space includes technologies like Microsoft Office, Exchange Online, Office for Mobile, Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and others as needed. As part of this team, the IT Business Analyst will research, analyze and test collaboration tools and technologies that will we deliver to BCG employees. The role will partner with our business stakeholders in BCG’s Employee Experience team, as well as Security, Local IT, our Business Systems Group, the Microsoft Office Product Manager, and the rest of the Intelligent Computing Experience team to deliver advanced productivity solutions to BCGers worldwide. This role will report to the IT Senior Manager responsible for Productivity services worldwide. 岗位分析：UX和UI design已经成为国际学生，特别是文科生和商科生重要的就业方向。UI,UX已经在数据分析领域发展到成熟的阶段了，做数据分析先看下有哪些数据可以分析，比较关心的可能是用户转换率，conversion rate。平常经常看到Bouce Rate, pay-per-click,section duration,用户进入页面的存留时间，这些也是用户体验的重要数据。
有了用户体验的数据之后，利用这些数据可以建立metrics,然后就可以看到每个环节的user experience. 除此之外，这些用户体验的数据可以看到why happen, 事情发生的根源。举个例子：我们公司准备做membership,有两个方法，先建立account, 再看benefits，最后付款。还有一个先看benefit ，再注册，最后付款。这就是不同的商业过程。通过 convertion rate, bouce rate, section duration来分析这两个决策的好坏。
今天研究的职位偏IT，是IT系统里做数据分析和用户体验，和之前介绍传统的US 有差别。

1.可以细化讲些 User experience, data analysis 吗？
这边来讲下最佳工业实践，process steps。用户体验四个步骤：
1) define清晰的用户需求，比如提高销售量，提高转换率，把目标定清晰。
2）design重要数据的merics,如何设置KPI反映之前制定的用户的需求。
3）测试场景，A/B Testing,通过之前定的metrics把数据采集下来。
4）数据分析结果基于前面的数据采集，数据能有效表达所要表达的商业含义，以此提供商业方案。
2. 这个岗位适合什么样的专业适合申请？
这个岗位对所学的专业没有要求，比如 CS, 统计，数学，软件工程的专业都可以申请，JD上写的最少是五年的专业经验，如果工程类研究生，有个 internship 的话可以尝试申请，专业并没有太多的要求。
