Error:Execution failed for task

今天运行老项目出现了两个问题：

Q1:Error:Execution failed for task ':app:transformResourcesWithMergeJavaResForRelease'.

> More than one file was found with OS independent path 'project.properties'

Q2:Error:Execution failed for task ':app:transformResourcesWithMergeJavaResForRelease'.

> More than one file was found with OS independent path 'org/apache/http/entity/mime/version.properties'

其实这是同一个类型问题，产生的原因是有多于一个的相同名称的文件存在，系统不知道该引用哪一个文件而报错。

解决方法：

   在module的build.gradle文件中添加两行代码：
