    结构化面试:

    1.学生在课上玩手机,你批评他,他反驳你说老师你怎么也在课上用手机,你怎么办?

    答:学生上课玩手机会影响到学生的学习效果,他反驳说我也在用手机,我要保持冷静、理智的态度,在平和的
    状态下尽快解决问题。
    首先,我会向学生解释自己看手机的原因是什么,有必要的话,向学生道歉,并表明自己以后会注意,避免
    这样的事情的发生。然后请学生将手机收起来,认真听讲,保证课堂教学正常进行。
    其次,课下我会和这名同学在平等、平和的环境下进行沟通,了解他课上玩手机的原因。如果是因为对我的
    教学不感兴趣,我会反思自己的教学方法是否存在问题,了解学生的爱好,发展特点,改善我的教学方式方法,

    答:作为一名老师,上课迟到是非常不好的行为,没能做到为人师表。学生当场指责我,如果处理不好,会影响
    后续的教学。因此,我要冷静下来,理智地解决。
    首先,我会主动跟学生道歉,说明迟到的原因,希望得到学生的谅解。然后尽快回到课堂上来,保证教学进
    度不受影响。
    其次,我会进行自我反思。教师的一言一行都具有示范性,学生都会在潜移默化间模仿教师的行为举止,因此,
    我要以身作则,注意自身的一言一行,为学生做好榜样示范作用。
    最后,我会和该学生进行沟通,进行相关教育。让他明白如果以后有类似的问题,可以私下跟我交谈而不要
    采取这种过激的方式。并开展班会,班会上先强调我不会再迟到,也希望学生可以监督,防微杜渐,提醒其他同

    3.你在上课,校长突然走进来坐下听课。你怎么办?

    答:“推门课”是学校检查老师上课的一种手段,近几年来,各校都在推广。我正在上课,突然校长推门进来听课,
    对于我来讲或多或少会有点紧张,当我遇到上述情况的时候,我要保持镇定,冷静的处理。
    首先,我要保持镇定,不能慌乱,不能因为校长的突然闯入影响自己的教学进度。要按照自己设计的流程进
    行正常的教学,完成课时计划。
    校长百忙之中抽出时间来听我的课,可能是想了解老师讲课的情况以及学生学习的情况。因此,下课后,我
    会找校长进行交流,请教我的不足之处,以便在接下来的授课中有效地改进。另外,成长来源于不断的积累,身
    边的同事和领导是宝贵的资源财富。因此,在平时的生活中我也要多向身边的同事和领导请教,不断吸取他们身

    4.老师请学生回答问题,学生不会回答,其他同学哄堂大笑,你怎么办?

    答:学生没有回答出问题,其他同学哄堂大笑,这会严重影响被嘲笑学生的学习积极性,甚至会影响班级风气和
    学生的心理健康。因此,我会严肃地看待这个问题,积极解决。
    首先,我会制止同学们的嘲笑,耐心询问这位同学,哪一步影响了他的思路,找到解决问题的关键点,然后
    让这位同学坐下,鼓励这位同学再思考一下。随后我会讲解这道题目,向大家说明,这名学生之所以没有理解是
    因为碰到困难卡住了,要注意,缓解一下气氛,继续上课。
    其次,在班上召开有关这方面的班会,告诉同学之间要互相鼓励、关心。我们是一个大家庭,切莫嫉妒、互
    相嘲讽,有任何人出现问题了,其他人都要帮助他,而不是嘲笑他,让学生畅所欲言,谈谈互相嘲讽同学问题的危害。
    通过班会,统一同学们的认识,提高同学们的关怀、合作意识,融洽、和谐的发展同学之间的关系。
    最后,教师要精心设计提问的问题,难度适中。另外,在选择回答的对象上要有的放矢,帮助学生建立信心,

    总之,通过这件事情,在以后的教学中,防微杜渐,逐步提高自己的教学实施和设计能力,多从学生的角度
    去考虑问题,因材施教,有针对性地提问。

    5.如果你是一名新班主任,你怎么组织开一次家长会?

    答:作为一名班主任尤其是新班主任,家长会开得成功与否直接影响今后班主任工作的开展,以及家校合力的发挥,
    所以我会认真做好前期准备。
    第一,我会向经验丰富的班主任请教,确定本次家长会的主题。平日里注意搜集学生在学校的表现诸如午休、
    自习、运动会等视频和图片,让家长近距离地了解孩子在学校多彩的生活,加强家长对学校的信任度,支持学校
    班级的各项活动。
    第二,确认家长会召开地点时间后,及时通过电话、QQ、给家长的一封信等形式通知家长,方便家长调整时
    间积极参与。确定好家长会的流程,对于家长会上需要参与的任课老师要提前沟通,根据学科划分班级区域,方
    便家长、老师进行分学科交流。
    第三,调动全体学生的主动性。我会组织学生民主推荐两名学生,由我进行必要的培训后,作为家长会的主
    持人对班级情况进行介绍。班干部协调安排家长会黑板的布置、教室的清扫、家长接待、家长会视频录制等工作,
    其他学生也要分工合作。
    第四,由于各位家长还不太熟悉的新班主任,我要先公布个人联系方式并进行必要的自我介绍,同时对家长
    的到来表示欢迎。
    最后,将家长会的视频资料留存,并形成文字材料,方便以后查阅与借鉴。与个别缺席的家长约定时间单独
    交流。家长会结束后,我还要进行效果跟踪,随时与任课老师沟通、定期进行家访等。是太阳底下最崇高的职业,

    6.老师说学生头发长,学生说你的比我还长,怎么办?

    答:遇到这样的问题,我会冷静耐心的处理。
    首先,我会和学生沟通,我和他的区别,不能拿我的头发和他的头发做比较,并告诉他要尊重老师。
    其次,我会告诉他头发长打理起来不太方便,比如会垂下来遮住眼睛等等,耽误学习。
    再后,我会跟他找到合适他的发型,比如扎起来,等等,并长期观察他有没有改正。

    答:学生忘带课本,往往是由于粗心大意或没有良好习惯造成的,作为老师应适当批评,帮助他们养成良好行为
    习惯,我赞成这种做法。
    首先,忘带课本不利于本堂课的学习,其他同学和他共用课本,也会影响其他人的学习。
    其次,忘带课本影响上课效果,而且是没有自我管理能力的表现。
    最后,老师应该帮助学生培养良好的学习习惯,在实践中养成良好的生活习惯,成为一个有自我管理能力,
    有责任心的人。

    8.有人说老师一句话就能摧毁学生一生,对此你怎么看?

    答:首先,老师的一句话能改变孩子一辈子的命运,老师应该要给孩子梦想,同样,侮辱,打击,也可能摧毁孩
    子的一生。
    其次,俞敏洪曾说,在我生命中最喜欢的老师就是能够鼓励我推动我前行的老师,不管在什么状态上,你都
    受到鼓励,这样的老师就了不起。
    再次,在现实生活中,有很多老师总是打击学生自信心,比如,你这样子以后会一事无成等等,使学生认为
    自己没有优点,没有自信。
    最后,作为老师,我一定会鼓励学生,发扬他们的长处,发现学生的闪光点。

    9.课间操期间,学生拥挤,楼道堵塞,你怎么办?

    答:这种现象可能会造成意外危险事件产生,比如同学受伤,甚至是踩踏事件。我会及时采取方法疏导同学们安
    全有序地通过。
    首先,我会积极组织学生疏散,告诉同学们不要拥挤打闹,把没有打开的门最大限度的打开,并且开通另外通道,
    让一部分同学离开拥挤区域。
    其次,我会报告上级领导此类现象,在今后的课间操期间,提早打开所有通道,分年级分时间去有序的安排
    学生上课间操。还需要安排楼梯值班的老师随时监督学生情况。
    最后,要求老师对班级学生进行安全文明行为养成教育, 教育学生上下楼梯时不能追逐、打闹、拥挤,防止
    踩踏挤压等不安全事故放生。
    相信通过学校的措施,一定会避免这种现象的再次发生,给学生一个安全的学习环境。

    10.学生在课上提出的问题你不会回答,你怎么办?

    答:教师为学生答疑解惑是教师的本职工作,课堂上回答不出学生提出的问题是比较尴尬的事情。如果处理不好,
    会影响后续的教学工作。此时,我会保持冷静,在维护好自身形象的前提下,机智地、切实地帮助学生解决实际问题。
    首先,我会对这名具有求知精神的同学进行表扬,并号召学生向其学习,在学习中要积极思考,主动探索。
    其次,我会顺势将这道题重述给全班学生,激发大家对该问题的思考。与此同时,我会结合学生们的观点整
    理思路,解决问题。将问题推向学生是一种有效的解答问题的方法,尤其是在我们知道答案却需要时间来组织和
    回忆时,这是一种很好的应急策略。
    如果该问题无法在短时间之内进行解决,那就直接承认自己不知道答案,然后提出一些可行的方法。我们可
    以这么说:“我不太确定答案是什么,但是我可以做一个有逻辑性的猜想,我认为……”或者“这只是一个假设
    性的说法,更多关于这个问题的详解,我以后会跟大家解释”,使学生能回归课堂主题。
    最后,我会把学生的问题记录下来,在课程结束后,我会借助网络、书籍及请教同事等方式找出问题的答案,
    并在下次课上,通过引导使学生们理解这个问题。
    回答不出学生的问题是正常现象,但如果此类情况经常出现就不正常了。所以,我会在工作的过程中不断地
    学习、探索,逐步地提升自己的职业素养,储备充足的知识,尽量减少此类事情的发生。

Then ask students whether they have best friends and what kind of personalities matter most to them when making friends. Then lead out the topic that Anna is looking for a friend, let students read the passage and see whether they are willing to make friends with Anna.

    Step 2: Pre-reading
    PredictionTell students the title of the passage is Anna’s blog. Ask students if they have blogs, then ask them to predict what the content the passage may contain. Several students will be asked to share their ideas, and feedback will be given to them accordingly.

    Step 3: While-reading
    1. Extensive reading:Ask students to read the passage quickly in 3 minutes to check their predictions, and ask them to find out the main idea of the passage.
    Some of them will be invited to generalize the main idea. The teacher will make a conclusion about the main idea.
    2. Intensive reading:Read the passage together with students, and give them five minutes to read the passage again carefully to find out more detailed information, and then complete the information card of Anna on the blackboard. Later, one volunteer will be invited to come to the front and finish the task.

    Step 4: Post-reading
    Design and discussion
    Ask students to design an information card the same as the one on the blackboard. Then, divide them into groups of 4 to introduce themselves to their group members.

    Step 5: Summary & Homework
    Summary: Invite one of the students to review what they have learned and others make a supplement together.
