Summary Session
17/11 and 18/11/2018

The weather was cool and perfect for a football session.We had 6 players.
1:Warm up
We did warm up with the balls doing coordination and strength on the ball.Running and dribbling with the ball changing direction.We increased the tempo until the players were ready for the main session.

2:Technical Drills
We did dribbling and running with the ball making zig zag runs around marked cones.We did ball skills techniques incoperating tapping on the ball, foot over the ball promoting strength and coordination.We did shooting drills.

3:Most improved player.

We played a 3 vs 3 match in a 40 by 25 pitch where players expressed themselves well.
