      Robert Simons, a management scientist, was a professor at Harvard Business School. He put forward the control theory of management. He divided the effective control system into four categories: belief system, boundary system, target system, and interaction system. Today, we will talk about the most basic and core of the control system, target control system. If you want to manage an organization well and be able to check the efficiency of everybody’s work, you must have clear and specific goals, and make the goal into a concrete, digital task. For example, we can regularly check the implementation progress and predict the problems to be solved in the future. Using Target Control System, we can check out and analyze the deviation.     

      著名的管理學家羅伯特·西蒙是哈佛商學院的教授，他提出了管理學的控制理論。他將有效的控制體系分爲四類：信仰體系、邊界體系、指標體系和交互體系。今天我們來講控制體系最基本、最核心的，指標控制體系。要想管理好一個組織，并且能夠檢查大家做事情的效率。就必須要有清晰具體的目標，并把目標變成具體的、數字化的任務。比如定期檢查任務實現的進度，預估未來要解決的事情。運用指標控制體系，可以檢查并分析偏差。
