      Today we will learn the second control system called the Interactive Control System. The reason for the need for the interactive system is that the external environment is constantly changing, the organization will always encounter various uncertainties, and the target control system needs to be systematically revised. That is to say, we should form more acute changes through more effective interaction, communication, and dialogue. And make sure that the change is not random, which is orderly and organically related to the original strategy. The interactive control system is much more complex than the target control system. It actually means a routine of action.     

      今天我們來學習第二種控制體系，叫交互控制體系。之所以需要交互體系，就是因爲外部的環境不斷在變化，組織總會不斷遇到各種不確定性，指標體系需要系統性地修訂。也就是説，要通過更有效的互動、溝通、對話，形成急性的變化。而且要保證這個變化不是隨機的，要有序，要和原來的策略形成有機關聯。交互控制體系比指標控制體系要複雜很多，它實際上意味著一種“行動的套路”。
