不回信息却发朋友圈的人是怎么想的？

I don't know who needs to hear this, but it's perfectly OK for someone to post on social media even though they haven't replied to your text messages yet.
我不知道你是否需要知道这一点，但是——别人没有回复你的消息而是去社交媒体上发帖子，这种行为是完全可以的。

Sure, it's polite and respectful to respond to messages and answer questions as soon as possible, but taking a few days — to do so doesn't always mean someone is actively trying to be disrespectful tow，当然，尽快回信和答复是一种礼貌尊重人的行为，但偶尔这么做（应该指不回信）并不意味着某人主动想要冒犯你。

有时间有精力发朋友圈而不回只能说不在乎你。因为发朋友圈也需要用精力。不可能不带脑子就直接发送了。只能说你不是他们的priorities之一。
