With China's 政治 and economy's fast developing, more and more 青壮年 farmers have came to cities. With this, in extensive countryside there appeared a special 未成年人 group -- the left-behind children.
With the rapid development of politics and economy in China, more and more young farmers go to cities. Consequently, a special group of juveniles, left-behind children, appear in rural areas.

留守的少年儿童正处于成长发育的关键时期，他们无法得到父母的关心和呵护，容易产生心理问题，也不利于今后的成长。
The left-behind children are undergoing the critical period of growing up. Without parents' care they are easier to get psychological problems, which is not good for future growing.
Left-behind children are at the critical period of growth but they have no access to parents' care, which will easily lead to psychological problems and is harmful to their future development.

各个家庭、整个社会都应该站在构建和谐社会的高度来认识这一问题，以人的生存与发展为本，采取措施，积极稳妥地加以解决。
The whole family and the society should learn this problem 站在构建和谐社会的高度, take humans' living and developing as the basis and take measures to deal with the problem positively and steadily.
Every family and the whole society should see this problem from the perspective of building a harmonious society. We should take active and steady measures to solve this problem from the standpoint of the existence and development of individuals.
