I checked the trace but there is no long running statement on CRMD_ORDER_INDEX.
It seems to be from the service order save and not from the Inbox Search.
Do you have one from the Inbox Search, too? And the explain of the long running statement would be great to have.
BTW: I see lots of ICFATTRIB accesses, meaning that the ICF debugging is active.

Please deactivate in ICF or by executing function module HTTP_DEBUG_SYSTEM_OFF
