The government of my hometown is always collecting ways for decreasing the traffic accidents. The traffic lights of main road which used to instruct the vehicles was damaged last year and has been closed ever since. But the government has never managed to get enough money to have the traffic light repaired.
One night this month,however,one traffic police of the main road was amazed to finding that some people surrounded the traffic lights.In the light of street lamp,he caught a figure up the traffic lights whom he immediately recognized as Lin,a local automobile mechanic.
"Whatever are you doing up here?" asked the police surprise.
