Today I'm  thrilled that I've done a good job in  Spot shooting.  It really really  really inspired me.  I've never achieved this before.  Two shots. Every shot  did execution.  Wow, I become too admire myself.

I contributed this success to my hard work  and seeking professional guide . ( Never fix your eyes on the basket.  Instead look high above the basket.  When I shoot the basketball, I cover the hoop with the basketball. The hoop, the basketball and the eye are in the same line.)

Nowadays,  I come to realize the importance of understanding theory.  What's more important, I come to realize the importance of applying theory to practice.

Aim higher , dream bigger , achieve more.
