11:55 delegate rose to have a preliminary discussion with Yinhu.
revised Hongqiang material for tmr meeting until 16:00.
and then went out for a 5km long walk 16-17.

nothing to do at night.
seems lots of wx random reading while anxious. not good! lack of discipline.
have a look at iphone screen time, daily phone hrs increased to 6.5hrs+!
