The vote was taken at once, and it was agreed by an overwhelming【adj. 压倒性的;势不可挡的】 majority that rats are comrades. There were only four dissentients【n. 不赞成的人,持异议的】,The three dogs and cat,who was afterwards discovered to have voted on both sides. Major continued:
