employment contract
An employment contract is between an employee and an employer.
It contains an employee's job responsibilities, salary, and working hours.

sales contract
A sales contract is an exchange of goods or services between a buyer and a seller.
It transfers the ownership of goods from one party to another and states the amount paid for it.

licensing agreement
A licensing agreement involves the use of intellectual property, such as a song or logo.
By licensing something, a company can earn money from it without giving up legal ownership of it.
A brand may license its logo to another company in exchange for a fee and a percentage of its profits.

non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
A non-disclosure agreement prevents a party from sharing confidential information.

It includes duration of the lease and rental payments.
