The Waist Pain

My waist had been paining since yesterday.

My wife went my workplace to reunite in 27th Sep. Perhaps we exercised too frequently, I felt waist aching two days after her arrival, and also was because of my having the medicine.

Because of waist pain, I didn't play outside with my wife. She didn't know why I didn't go outside with her, I didn't tell its reason to her.

I had driven the car for two hours yesterday, it perhaps worsen the condition of my waist, and I have been paining on waist until now today.

I'm accepting the heating therapy now, and wish it'll help my waist to heal.
