There are countless productivity Gurus online. how to study for eighty hours continuously without a break, without getting tired.

can normal human being do that? of course not. humans aren't meant to focus for a long periods of time. starting smarter matters more than study harder, breaking your learning tasks into shorter sessions in way more effective and study for several hours in one ago.

How long can we concentrate?  our brain can only focus for ninety minutes before we need a twenty minutes break.

WHY? because there is a circle called the alterion drum thing that regulates our brain effectively. it presents in our sleeping and waking lives.

what if you work against the circle? research shows that compared with people who take a break, people who try to focus all the time make more mistakes.. if you want To Get the best performance out of the study, work with the circle, according to a psychological professor at university of British Columbia noted that The brain is more effective at absorbing and retaining the information. if you have multiple shooter study sessions, then if you calm everything in one at once, focus for one and a half hours, take a twenty minute break and repeat this pattern. this value has been used by performers, including top musicians, doctors and chess players. psychologist angelabberation found that practice in intervals of ninety minutes and work worked the best for maximizing the productivity. And these people, who worked more than four and a half hours in a one day, if you have a shorter attention in study for less than one hour at a time, data shows that the most productivity people work for a fifty two minutes at a time, then break for seventeen minutes, and then work again. What do they do during the break? go for a work, meditate, running or talk to some others.

you may also use the pomodoro technique. A popular time management, how does it work? it helps you divide your tasks into twenty five minute Shocks separated by five minutes breaks. these  are called promodos. After four Paul models, you take a longer break about fifteen to twenty minutes. it's actually my favorite. after I wake up and have a breakfast every morning, I write down what I'm going to work on for today and used the pomodoro technique. all I need is just a timer. whenever I start reading a book, writing a script idea or preparing a lesson, I set the timer to twenty five minutes. when a timer goes off, I take a break, drink water, move around, stand on the balcony or meditate. it helps me avoid disorder and stay refreshed for all day. I just can't sit at a table for three or four hours without feeling exhausted. but with shorter time work, I don't experience any burnout and I get more things done. our society tends to dismiss a break as laziness.

come on, we are not machines, but living organism. we had to work with the neutral rymthyn. take a break from study, refresh our brain and helps you learn more effectively.
