答：我认为电商运营的成本包括生产成本和销售成本，计划成本和预计成本。边际成本、增量成本和差别成本。产品的降价，组团去拼产品，第一次去购买该产品。

2.微信公众号运营的成本：

  （1）注册并搭建一个微信公众号，市场价位是1500元左右，如果自己比较懂，从公众号申请、搭建、认证一系列走下来，最少要花费500元左右；（2）时间投入，从每天的经验，从搜集素材到编辑推送消息、美化、排版、测试到发布，最少要花费掉4-6小时，（3）客户体验，一个人到饭店吃饭，关注的是菜品和服务，这个饭店的公众号其实对消费者的吸引力不大，除非饭店的老板是逼格足够的名人或者作家。（4）精力投入，人的精力是有限的。粉丝互动会占据大量的时间。
