trigger选择Typed String Trigger
action选择Text---Insert Text by Pasting

此外，这个Typed String Trigger还可以做一些别的事情，比如快速激活一些程序。比如你正在印象笔记写作，忽然想换在sublime写作。
trigger选择Typed String Trigger
action选择Application Control---Activate a specific application就可以激活sublime了。当然了，这个事实上在任意界面都可以的。比如你在浏览器界面激活也可以启动sublime Text。
事实上所有的程序都可以用类似的方法启动，比如
1te启动terminal
1ev启动evernote
这样可以达到全键盘流的效果！
better touch tool也可以实现这个效果，不过稳健性不如KeyBoard Maestro。因为KeyBoard Maestro可以强制激活程序到最前面！

当然也可以利用Typed String Trigger打开网页。比如设置2go打开谷歌等。
可以对经常打开的网站都设置一个快速启动。

同样的也可以对文件夹设置快速启动
比如3do打开Documents
3dl打开Downloads等等。
