Day 16.运动第16天打破公里最高配速6.05秒What t

    今天是运动以来跑步最早的一天,19点开始,也是跑得最快的一天,打破了自己最高配速,由6分55秒提高到6分20秒,再次提高到6分5秒;5公里跑的时间也再次刷新,在40分钟之内完成5公里跑,加油!

    What to do with a day off.

    Step one: give yourself  Permission to actually taking the day off. If you are fortunate enough to have a day off from work, the most important thing on  your to- do- list is to actually take the day off. Studies have shown that people send only 40% less email on holiday mondays compared with regular mondays.

    Not only only that, but taking time to let your brain rest and recover literally makes us more creative better at the problem solving better at coming up with creative ideas.

    Yes, yes, you are busy. I'm busy. We are busy in ourselves to  Exhaustion. But if you have a day off, take a question, stand against all these busy business business. Being busy if we even are busy is really the status indicator we are coming to believe it is. Nonetheless, the impact is real and instances of burnout, anxiety disorders and stress related diseases are on the rise.

    Give yourself permission to plant in front of the TV for the day recharge your batteries and get a good night sleep. It might even make you more productive at work.
