简单的说，Stand Up就是给和你同一组的人一个简单快速的总结摘要，让大家都明白每个人都大概在做什么。这样，在遇到问题或者需要寻求帮助的时候也能快速的寻找到，谁更适合帮助自己。
于此同时，每天的Stand Up对BA/TL来说非常重要的了解大家工作进展的环节，这样有助于帮助BA/TL来控制开发的进度等等。
每天的Stand Up长度一般在每人1-2分钟。
