Sing was standing there, looking at the crowd.
When he saw us, to be exact, when he saw Betty, he raised his right hand and waved at our direction.

When he carried the luggage and turned around, he found me, who standing by the side of Betty.

"Oh, I forgot to introduce. " Betty said,"This is my close friend E-lian. She comes with me. E-lian, this is Brother Sing."
