设计任务:
对一个已有的激光扫描物镜方案进行改动,将原先的焦距f=116mm,放大为f=160mm,并对镜片的厚度提出限制,以达到预设像质的要求。
已有激光扫描镜头:物距无穷远,全视场40,入瞳直径16mm,工作波长10.6微米(CO2激光)
新设计要求
1、焦距变为160mm
2、第一片镜厚度5.4mm,第二片镜厚度6mm
3、全视场弥散斑半径小于0.02mm
4、理想像高的标准畸变小于0.01%
初始结构设定:全视场为20,因此选用的视场为0,14,20

镜头缩放tools-Miscellaneous-scale lens-by factor(160除116=1.37931)
缩放后系统参数如下,随着焦距的缩放,镜头的入瞳直径也随之缩放,需要把它改回16mm

镜头厚度修改后,孔径设置为16mm后,镜头参数(这个结构最重要的一点为在设计时候加入光阑)

(1)如图所示存在严重的慧差
用COMA作为要矫正的相差进行优化,取三个半径作为变量,最

其中Surf是要优化那个免得初级慧差,如果填0,则优化整个系统的慧差,Wave现在的为单色光,波长序号为1.进行优化,优化后结果

(2)第二步优化,上图所示出现很严重的像散因此进行优化
ASTI中填写两个数据,一个是surf ,填0优化的是整个系统的初级像散系数,单色光,波长为1。

虽然物镜的慧差和像散都改善,但是弥散斑还未达到要求,畸变也未考虑。取前三个半径作为变量,将光阑距和两块玻璃的空气间隔增加为变量,用畸变操作数DISC,权重选5

(2)第二步优化
增加变量:增加光阑距和空气间隔作为变量,在想面前增加一个虚设面,半径为无穷大,到最后一个折射面距离定为相距,到像面的距离为0,并设定为变量(选择离焦量作为一个变量)
增加评价参数:用DISC,目标为0,权重为1.
为控制光阑不能太长,用MXCT,目标值为26,权重为1.
