Positive Emotion

1. Where do you feel the emotions?

Both body and mind.

身心相輔相成,一方加強另一方也會加劇。比如憤怒時,你大喊大叫拿頭撞地的舉動就會令你心理上更憤怒。

How and why do you feel emotions?

沒聽到🤣

Emotions do affect you. Such as dislike, disire, fear etc.

消極的情緒,比如厭惡,即使那個人那件事已經離你遠去,你仍無法脫離它。你持續受到情緒的控制和影響。

2. In yoga sutra, how do you introduce positive emotions?

Calm  Stillness  Equanimity  Peace  Clear


Love    Kindness  Joy    Equanimity


Happy  Unhappy  Good  Bad


當你看到下方的情形時,對應將其轉化為中間的積極情緒。假以時日的練習,我們最終的目標是上方的狀態,心如止水般清透、平靜。

Such as, when you see people are happy, you feel love. When you see your enemy is unhappy, you feel kindness. When you see hour enemy is doing something good, you feel joy that some good thing is happening.

1. Four basic judgement: happy, unhappy, good, bad, which is necessary for any living being in the wild.進化與基因決定,我們無法消除這種judgement ,應該接納它。每當你意識到自我的這種judgement 之後將其轉化為積極的情緒。then you don't need to bother it at all. You could get out of it.
2. 明明也常聽別人說“do not judge.”注意兩種judgement的不同之處。not judge 指的是經過在內心的思考之後認為自己/別人如何如何。judgement is inevitable 指的是第一反應,比如你看到他的第一眼認為他開心或難過等。
