Last week our headquarter manager changed a monthly report template. I was busy with this report for nearly 3 days. I amended the report over and over, but my line manager was still not satisfied with my work.
Last Friday, the time reached 18 o'clock almostly. It was time to get off work. My line manager finally said:"Ok, this part is on me, I will think over it during the weekend."
This led me consider it was my fault that I don't know some professional knowledge. I confused with some abbreviation of financial indicators. After taking this position for more than one year, I could only do some easy paper work instead of financial analysis. I still haven’t learned the essence of financial controlling.
Today my line manager told me that he will take charge of the report, that means what I did is all bullshit.
