本文背景为虚构，实际上是DSE英语Listening模拟卷中的小作文练习及解析。

A young boy who lost his mother studied hard and established a company in order to memorialize his mother after he grew up. The name of the company is “Golden Lotus Rattan Limited”, and the boy is Renson So, the chief executive officer of the largest rattan furniture company in Asia.

这是一篇人物传记，开篇先介绍人物大致背景和特点。我尽量写得吸引人了。

So was born and raised in Hong Kong and completed his bachelor’s degree at the Hong Kong College of Arts and Design with First-class Honors at his 22, additionally, he had won HKCAD Student of the Year Award during his campus life. After graduation, he soon found a job in a small local furniture company, as an assistant designer. With his wonderful talent, he became a senior designer at the well-known international furniture company only two years later, and finally became the Chief Executive Officer of Golden Lotus rattan Ltd in Mar 2005.

这里大概介绍So的早年经历与求职历程。其实data file中还有更多他在其他公司工作的detail，但我在这次考卷中的身份是他手下的一个员工，这篇传记后续可能会被用于公司宣传，所以So作为CEO应该不会很喜欢我写太多他早年在不同的公司做什么工作。

As mentioned, the inspiration of starting the company came at the night after his mother died because of lung cancer, when he found some of her old photos and saw her favorite rattan furniture, he decided to set up a rattan furniture company to honor her from then on. What’s more, he claimed that rattan is more environment-friendly, so it is more suitable for making furniture.

应题目要求写的为什么So要成立这个公司。没有技巧，data file中找信息替换几个词抄上去就好了。至于为什么要替换词，DSE一般人不知道的冷知识里面有提到。
