Today is a memorable day.
Yesterday two of my college roommates and I made an appointment to visit me in our shop this afternoon because I was too busy this morning to entertain them.
They came to our shop after 2 o 'clock in the afternoon, bringing some gifts for my son, including clothes, fruit, snacks, picture books and a big red packet. Ying also brought her eldest daughter, a very well-behaved child to here.
We talked for a while about our work and each other's current situation.
I washed some fruit for them to eat, and also gave them ice creams and two bottles of water to eat and drink.
They took a taxi back home at three o 'clock in the afternoon because Ying's daughter was sleepy.
I went home without dinner with their presents. Back home, I just ate a little of the snacks they sent and the fried meat with vegetable cooked by grandpa.
My son loved the gifts they gave him.
Grateful for the gathering and their care.
