相关性

在 统计学中, 以查尔斯·斯皮尔曼命名的斯皮尔曼等级相关系数，即spearman相关系数。经常用希腊字母ρ表示。 它是衡量两个变量的依赖性的 非参数 指标。 它利用单调方程评价两个统计变量的相关性。 如果数据中没有重复值， 并且当两个变量完全单调相关时，斯皮尔曼相关系数则为+1或−1。

Mantel test 分析两个距离矩阵之间的相关性

做微生物菌落少不了分析环境因子（pH，有机碳，总氮，盐度等）与菌落的相关性，此时便需要做CCA和Mantel test 分析。有时CCA分析结果可能难以比较，这时候做一下Mantel test 进行分析可以直观的根据所求 r值和显著性水平P值来对环境因子和微生物菌落分布相关性有个大致了解。
