这本书通篇以对话的形式：
I spot six crocs in the park today.
“Hey! Play on the train with us,” they say.
Stay away!
“Join us for a feast beneath the trees.”
I can see no meat - do they mean ME?
I see seven vultures high in the sky.
“Ooh, can you fly? We will help you try !”
That’s a lie!
“Jump in our boat, we will go for a row”.
“Slow, so slow, just dip in your toe...”
“No! No! No!”
Three sharks swim in the new blue pool.
“ The sun is hot, but you can keep cool.”
“ Shoo!” I say.
“ I am not such a fool.”
小兔来到公园里，
鳄鱼请他来玩耍，
狮子请他去野餐，
......
可是朋友们都叫他离远点儿
小兔快跑！
