I'm thinking about Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.

I am hoping to spend 3 weeks on my holiday, one week each in Germany, Italy and Greece.

These places are not too far from where I live.

I recommend you give up some plans for Australia because Australia is far away  from Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. 

If I were you, I would spend my time in these 3 countries.
