1、试用之后被扣款，网上提交工单给客服

填写工单内容：

After the free trial period, I did not use the deployment services any more .So i think the bill is beyond my expection. Why is the fee deducted from my credit card directly without my consent.I think this is very terrible.

Please help solve this case.

3、可以选择邮件，我选的电话，提交之后1分钟左右有一个孟加拉/印度  口味的客服打电话过来，大致意思是说你后面还用不用AWS了，回复不用。你之前试用期之后没有使用EC服务，没有使用。后面发个邮件给你，你按照邮件操作时候回复，她就refund给你。

4、挂电话收到邮件、收到退款，还是非常迅速的。

5、关闭AWS服务
