worshipper
表示“敬神者；崇拜者”，英文解释为“someone who worships and performs religious ceremonies to a particular god or object”，如：devil/idol worshippers 魔鬼/偶像崇拜者。
pay homage to
homage表示“崇敬”，英文解释为“Homage is respect shown toward someone or something you admire, or to a person in authority.”举个🌰：
On this occasion we pay homage to him for his achievements.
在此我们谨就他取得的成就向他表示敬意。
Devotees flock to the Guiyuan Temple in Wuhan in central China on the 5th day of every Lunar New Year, to mark the birthday of the god Caishen.
devotee
devotee替换了上文的worshipper，可以表示“仰慕者，敬仰者，爱好者”（someone who enjoys or admires someone or something very much）或者“虔诚的宗教信徒”（a very religious person）。

flock表示“成群结队地去，蜂拥而至”，英文解释为“if people flock to a place, they go there in large numbers because something interesting or exciting is happening there”举个🌰：

看展览的人络绎不绝。
对比上文则用的crowd into “涌入，挤入” 的意思。
