Netflix is testing a feature on its Android app which lines up "random episodes" if users click a shuffle button. A Netflix spokesperson wrote in an email, “these tests typically vary in length of time and by region, and may not become permanent.” There have been questions on whether this feature is suitable for TV series where the plots hava an order. On the other hand, it does mimic a traditional TV viewing experience where people switch channels to end up in the middle of some other show.

奈飞正在安卓版本上测试一项功能，如果用户点了“捣乱顺序”键，应用会随机推荐剧集在待放列表里。奈飞的一个发言人在电子邮件里说，“这些试用服务是随着时长和地区而变化的，不一定会成为永久功能。”有争议说这项功能和情节上下关联的电视剧不匹配。不过，这倒是很像传统的电视体验里，我们会换个台，就看到正在播放的剧集。
