【诗】Henry, Give Me a Cup of Cold

I walked into a bar at the edge of a faraway city
In boots, on a hat, and with a whip

Through the air onto the bench I threw the whip
Through the stare onto the counter I put down my hat
Henry, give me a cup of cold watermelon juice
I yelled

I knew
All of you were expecting me to say
Henry, give me some whisky!
Or
Henry, coffee please!

I sipped a little whisky at lunch
I don't want whisky any more
I am sensitive to coffein
Which would make me alert at midnight
So, I said
Henry, give me a cup of cold watermelon juice!

It was summer already
Nothing was sweeter than a watermelon
It was hot outside
A cup of cold watermelon juice
Would make me cool down

Henry put some ice into the watermelon pieces
And stirred them into smoothie
A few seconds later
A cup of thick watermelon juice
Was brought to me

The soft watermelon juice
Mmm, smelled so good
One red lovely bubble
Like the dimple in your cheek
Was smiling at me
Two black watermelon seeds
Like your shining eyes
Were blinking at me

我踏着皮靴手持鞭子戴着牛仔帽
走进一个偏远城市边上的一间酒吧

我将鞭子扔在凳子上
帽子脱下扔在吧台上
我说
老板，给我来杯冰镇西瓜汁

我知道
你们希望我嘴巴里吐出
老板，给我来杯威士忌
或者
老板，给我来杯热咖啡

可是我中午喝过了威士忌
晚上不想再喝了
我对咖啡因过敏
这时候喝咖啡半夜会睡不着觉
于是
我说
老板，给我来杯冰镇西瓜汁

现在是夏天
没有什么比西瓜更香甜的了
外面正在炙热
没有什么比一杯冰镇的西瓜汁更凉快的了

老板放上冰块
将西瓜搅碎
不一会儿
一杯冰镇西瓜汁
就端上来了

软绵绵的西瓜汁
闻起来好清新
红色的泡泡
像你脸蛋上可爱的酒窝
两个浮起来的黑色西瓜籽
像你闪闪的眸子
在向我眨眼睛
