海伦·凯勒（Helen Keller，1880年6月27日—1968年6月1日），美国现代女作家及教育家。
1880年6月27日，在亚拉巴马州塔斯喀姆比亚市常春藤巷出生。1882年2月，因突发的疾病猩红热丧失了视觉和听觉。1887年3月3日，开始学习美式手语。1888年5月，受到格罗弗·克利夫兰总统的接见。1894年10月，开始就读于赖特—赫马森聋人学校。1896年10月，被剑桥女子学校录取，为就读哈佛大学女子学院做准备。1903年3月，创作自传《我的一生》。1908年7月，出版文集《我感知的神奇世界》。1918年1月，出版文集《走出黑暗》。1927年10月，出版自传《我的信仰》。1929年春，自传《中流》出版。1932年12月，入选美国盲人基金会理事会。1933年，发表散文《假如给我三天光明》。1938年春，出版自传《海伦·凯勒日记》。1955年12月，出版传记《我的老师》。1964年9月，获得总统自由勋章。1968年6月1日，在睡梦中去世，享年87岁。
