About Mindset
Obviously I've been not in a good mind condition recently, if I confront my inner self. Self discipline is a problem for me. I got good resolutions, good plans, big dreams, but most of the time it turned out to be on a spur of the moment. Somehow I hate myself but have no idea how to cope with it.
Whatever, I think it is on the verge of a change. I expect a peaceful and subtle slight change, rather than a dramatic and strong one. It feels comfortable and can be long lasting to have it natural. No matter how much you want to quit, step forward that very moment and see how you feel afterwards. More or less, your mindset will be changed and follow your previous behavior mostly.
Self discipline matters too much. Keep peaceful inside and pay more attention.
About Customer Following
It is understandable that you would like to turn the customers into orders immediately because you put a lot of investment into it. But this thought has to be abandoned. Instead, it is more normal to consider you as the backup always. The back up is ready to provide good product and service any time. You only need to do your best in every aspect.
